OUR THEATER

Formerly the site of the Hunter Memorial A.M.E. Church, Creative Suitland has transformed the Sanctuary Theater into a black-box style performance space. Our theater is a dynamic canvas for creativity. With room for 200 guests, state-of-the-art lighting, a pro sound system, projector, WiFi, and more, it's where performances, concerts, and special events come to life. Includes access to dressing rooms space and private bathrooms. Let your art shine in this reimagined cultural haven!

$250/hr - Special Events, Performances and Concerts

$125/hr - Tech Rehearsal

$75/hr - Rehearsal with no tech

*Rates include a $300 refundable security deposit and 4-hour booking minimum.
