Writing to Wellness™ is a discussion-based workshop designed for writers to use poetry as a tool for healing when navigating trauma. Participants learn helpful tips via discussion on how to navigate trauma through expressive forms of creative writing, how to advocate for others and how to build a safe space for self-care. The program will be held virtually VIA ZOOM from 7-8:30PM.
The Writing To Wellness™ series was founded and created by C. Alexandria-Bernard Thomas, Sole Proprietor of C. Thomas Works. This workshop is exclusively for the LGBTQ+ community and will be facilitated by Jamal Rashad.
