INTERPRETATIONS presents PoetsGiving
Poetsgiving: “The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly…From Our Seat at the Table” is a powerful multidisciplinary showcase that dives into the heart of Black family life during the holidays. Through poetry, dance, song, and visual art, this event unveils the joyful traditions, the systemic pressures, and the hidden traumas that shape these moments. Join us as we explore the stories of those who embrace the holiday spirit, those who withdraw from it, and those caught in the painful shadows of family secrets. This is a candid, heartfelt tribute to the realities behind the smiles.
