FANStastic Design Sip & Paint

Join us for our FANStastic Design Sip & Paint event where you will learn how to design and decorate your own hand fan by applying various colored rhinestones, sequins and paints using the nylon fabric as our canvas. This workshop will be instructed by Pam Moultrie.

The large black folding fan measures approx. 13" x 25" wide when fully expanded. They create a snapping sound when snatched opened with the flick of the wrist. A carry pouch is included. You and your friends will enjoy creating this wearable art piece that can be designed to coordinate with your summer wardrobe. The large folding fan is great for keeping cool on those hot summer days and nights. Great for causal days or as an elegant evening accessory. Grab your friends and spend time laughing and creating with us!

Prepackaged hors d'oeuvres and wine will be available. Preregistration is required to attend. Questions....please email us at info@iwsdecor.com.

Pam Moultrie is a self-taught artist. In 1995, she started Interiors with Style, an interior decorating company. “Creations by Pam Moultrie”, “Young Creatives” and “Happy Hour at Home” are her latest artistic ventures. These ventures focus on visual arts, creative thinking, entertainment and living a fun healthy lifestyle. Her services include art workshops, teaching private and group art for adults and children, photography services, wearable art, cooking demos and home décor products. For more than twenty years, she has been honing her skills as an artist to include creating wall or ceiling murals, art on canvas and other mediums. Her commissioned works are hanging in various homes of happy clients. She enjoys working with oils and mixed mediums.  Adding texture to most of her works allows her to give the piece a unique yet creative visual interest.

She sees the world from an artist standpoint, believing art exists in the simplest of things. Art is one of the biggest pleasures she’s been gifted. She enjoys creating art and teaching others they are also artists in their own way. Each piece she creates has its own unique qualities. Each collector of her artwork owns a piece of individuality for themselves.

She has been showcased at the 2016 Emerging Artist showcase at the Serengeti Gallery. Her first solo art show was in 2017 at Paava Art Gallery in Lancaster, PA.  Since then, she has been a participating artist in several activities including The Arts Club of Washington in 2018, the 2019 D.C. Black Theatre and Art Festival, the 2019 Maryland District 47 Festival and the 2021 Empowered Women International Holiday Gift Workshop.
