Troy "Sol" Edler - A little Luther Vandross, some Sam Cooke, a bit of Donny Hathaway, and you'll get something that sounds like Sol! He grew up singing in church with his mom and listening to his dad's old soul records and after a whole lot of choir-singing and open mics, he broke loose and went at it solo.

DJ RBI has been a prominent fixture of the DMV hip hop scene for many years. He is a longtime radio host and DJ and instructor.

Sol Roots has been hailed as a “fierce guitarist and soulful singer and has performed with a who's who of locally and internationally recognized artists and musicians. Sol stands at the intersection where the roots of blues, funk, soul and hip hop meet.
