The mission of The Central Market is to provide healthy, affordable food to residents and to support the growth of local businesses owned and operated by people of color. Our market welcomes people from all backgrounds to buy and sell, but we recognize the impact racism has on our food system. We work to reverse that damage by advocating for those most affected by systemic racism.
